Howl is published by the Front Range Community College Westminster Campus School of Writing and Literature. It is an interdisciplinary, campus wide journal highlighting the students' writing and artwork.

The 2023 issue of Howl was designed to encapsulate the individuality of the Westminster Campus while showcasing the best writing and artistic creations of students.
The design work reflects the creativity of artwork and diversity of literary pieces, while adhering to academic guidelines set forth by Front Range Community College.

In addition to this online digital version of the publication, over 300 printed copies are distributed at the release event at the end of every academic year.
